Information we collect
When you submit a case through our intake form, we collect what you choose to share: your name, contact details, Amazon seller account information, suspension or performance notices, and any supporting documents you upload. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, we collect whatever information is contained in that conversation.
Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, general location, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information

- Tally, to collect case intake form submissions
- WhatsApp, for sellers who prefer to reach us that way
- Google Analytics, for aggregate site usage data
Each of these services has its own privacy practices, which govern the data they process on our behalf.
How long we keep your information
We keep case information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide our services and to maintain a record of the work performed, or as long as required by applicable law, whichever is longer. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
