Who we are
Appeal Edge is an independent consultancy that helps Amazon sellers respond to account suspensions and other performance issues. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice.
Our services
We review the case you submit, identify what we believe is driving the issue, and where we can help, prepare an appeal or Plan of Action on your behalf or in partnership with you. The scope of work is agreed with you individually after your case has been reviewed.
No guaranteed outcomes
Amazon makes the final decision on every case. No one can guarantee a suspension will be lifted, and we do not make that promise. What we commit to is a case specific plan built around the actual root cause, prepared with the care the case warrants.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your account and the situation you are facing
- Tell us about anything relevant that could affect the case, including prior appeals
- Respond in a timely way so we can meet the case's timeline
Work built on inaccurate or incomplete information may not succeed, and that risk sits with the seller who provided it.
Fees
We do not publish a fixed price list. Pricing is discussed with you after we have reviewed your case and understand what it actually requires. Reviewing your case costs nothing.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us about your case is used only to review and work on that case, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services on an as is basis and make no warranty that any particular outcome will result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appeal Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website.
